Purpose and scope

Draft policy: staff and automated agents use web resources only for authorised work. Name the systems, data classes, responsible owner and approved assessment methods. Adapt the draft to actual controls and have the accountable owner approve it before use.

Rules and escalation

Verify unexpected login and payment requests through an independent official channel. Respect browser security warnings. Do not run unknown files or transfer secrets to sites without authorisation. Report suspicious requests through the organisation’s designated channel and record what action was already taken.
